We loved our stay at SolMates. Although the bungalows seem close, it is very private. You get a good feeling when you walk in, like home. Very nicely decorated and beautifully furnished. The pool is wonderful. The views are breath taking, day or night. It's close to a few restaurants, Blue Water Terrace was our favorite. The food was great everywhere we ate. We drove into Christiansted several times it's about a 10-15 minutes away. Many great places to eat and shop along the waterfront boardwalk. Oh yes!! shopping, beautiful jewelry. The beaches are beautiful and are public. We visited a few of them. We really appreciated Christie welcoming us to St. Croix at the airport and guiding us to SolMates in the dark. She had a snack waiting and went over the map answering our questions about things to do. We went snorkeling with Big Beard, great time, with a beach BBQ afterwards, great crew. WiFi was available but our cell service was bad. Just a heads up..Verizon is not in St.Croix. It's At&t or Sprint. Great vacation!
